Pink In October! Join In and Pass the Torch to BURN OUT BREAST CANCER!

As many of you may know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
To take part in it, I will be running in pink arm warmers in the cold weather.

There are so many ways you can help and support women fighting this battle.
This month there are a few walks taking place. Buildings around the city will be displaying their support by lighting their building pink.
You can always donate...money is great because it helps with research, but why not do something that's closer to home.

Visit someone fighting this fight, let them know that they are not alone. Bring them flowers or a meal.

You can even offer to do household chores. So find a way to show you support.
My message to all my brave soldier is: you keep fighting, ill keep running.
