Mike and Shanise Wedding 6-12-2010

Congratulations newly weds Mike and Shanise! May GOD continue to bless you both! You were absolutely a delight to work with! As a "FRIEND" I love you both dearly. As your "FAMILY" I will ALWAYS be here for you!

At 7pm on Saturday, June 12th, close friends and family gathered to the ALL WHITE Wedding at Midtown Loft and Terrace (http://www.midtownloft.net/). This place was the perfect setting for the new couple! Why?...Because of its view of midtown from the garden terrace. The Empire State Building claiming to be the pulse of the city that beats in the hearts of the both Mike and Shanise!

Wedding planner "Eric" of EAE Signature Events did his thing! The elegance of the indoor loft reception / PARTY area was dazzled with the lovely orange and white decor! Eric kept EVERYTHING in order; running smoothly to the "Tee". Working with him was a HUGE pleasure! He kept all parties concerned free from stress! NOT TO MENTION his designs were delicately crafted which uniquely accented the bridal party with sheer elegance. I especially was "charmed" how he surprised the bride with crystal embellishments in her beautiful bouquet to match her earrings and bracelet! Eric is the BOMB!!!!

The make up artist, Kimberly Caudle (you've heard me RANT of her before) and her assistant made the bridal party faces so lavishly glamorous; highlighting their natural beauty for this special day! Kimmie ROCKS!!!!! Her talent and skill set is far beyond the average professional MUA's! Her personality is just as awesome as her work!

The professional team of videographers....WOO HOOO! They came in 3 HD cameras deep! Their lighting equipment was high on the mark as well. One cameraman recorded the ceremony above the roof top garden capturing an aerial view of it all. This team's recording dynamics were magnificent! Thanks to Eddie! His crew's lights helped me immediately accomplish some very creative photos without me having to pull out additional equipment on the rooftop during the night photo shoot. I'm bursting with excitement waiting to see the video footage!

As for my crew...(4) guns (cameras), (3) photographers and an array of quality lenses with an EYE for fantastic angles and photos! I read somewhere that its better to get 50 GREAT shots than to have 100 mediocre ones. Well...between the 3 of us....we literally have OVER 1000 GREAT photos! Nearly EVERY PHOTO had the perfect settings and angels. Thank you Frankie of Fotogenix and my assistant Morgan. I could not have done it without them! Their talent, knowledge base and creative eye captured absolutely AWESOME photos!

These frozen moments of Mike and Shanise's special day will last a lifetime! Thanks to all the people who worked diligently and harmoniously on this day nice memories were created!
