Breakfast at Midnight

My pre-teen son decided "last week" that he was going to become a chef. OH LAWD...so now the kitchen is a daily battlefield!!!! (SMH) However, he's doing very well with the presentation of his dishes! We just have to work on his "post cooking" work! For some reason he thinks he's finished when the meal is done. He said "oh they don't show the chef washing dishes on the cooking channel" (The little crumb snatcher is right). I told him, "well you're not on TV so clean up this mess." Anyway...the food taste pretty good too for a beginner. In fact, its darn right delicious!

(by the way - I posted this at midnight. I really ate the breakfast at lunch time over the past weekend) LOL!
